If key parts such as the feeder’s release eccentric shaft or transmission gears become dry, jammed, or worn due to prolonged operation, it can directly cause feeding inaccuracy and equipment overload alarms. Regular maintenance with appropriate lubricating oil is fundamental for prevention.
Additionally, overall alignment is the foundation for stable feeding. The material rack, feeder, and downstream mold must be aligned on the same horizontal line. Any deviation will subject the material to additional stress during transportation, causing slippage, deviation, and ultimately triggering an alarm. Meanwhile, if the incoming raw material itself is excessively curved or its tail end is not chamfered, it can easily cause severe machine vibration during high-speed feeding, leading to system alarms.
